David in the miscellany

The contents identify David on printed page 21. The complete contribution occupies printed pages 21–23, corresponding to PDF pages 22–24. Its censoring official speaks to a superior about the human body, modern art and the prevention of creation, then returns to the forbidden images himself. The final discovery that his listener is asleep is present in this appearance. Source 1

Tehran 1372 remains at the story’s end. This composition marker predates the anthology and is kept separate from its printing date. The earlier Baang publication supplies the author’s recollection of Mansour Koushan and Takapu; the present volume documents a later collective setting for the named story. Source 1 · Source 2
