Ghazi Rabihavi appears in the published endorsement list. No sole authorship or organisational office is attributed to him.
Original English editorial guide to retained collective material. Demands and allegations remain attributed to the document; Rabihavi’s recorded role is a listed endorsement.
The case named by the campaign
The December statement names Reza Khandan Mahabadi, Baktash Abtin and Keyvan Bajan, describing the prison sentences imposed on them. It contests the use of an internal journal, the Association’s history, public statements and literary memorials as evidence of national-security offences. The statement connects their work with opposition to censorship and freedom of expression for everyone. Source 1 · Source 2
Its demand is immediate and unconditional release, cancellation of the sentences, and freedom for all political and ideological prisoners. It also places the imprisonment within the coronavirus emergency. These are demands made in December 2020, not a claim about the current legal or health status of the people named. One appeal, several circulation records
The Change.org page includes Rabihavi in an alphabetic selection of signatories; Azadi-b’s fuller numbered republication lists him at entry 506. The statement reports more than thirteen hundred collective endorsements. That number describes the statement’s signatory gathering and is distinct from the online platform’s own petition counter. This December appeal follows the separately dated October joint statement. Their shared subjects do not make them the same document. The retained Persian and English versions are versions of the December appeal, while publication on Azadi-b and Tribune Zamaneh records its circulation rather than new authorship by Rabihavi.
