One voice, a bare frame

Baang introduces Rabihavi’s work through the spare talking-head form and credits presentation by Pedram Ansari and editing by Abed Golnam. The journal prints the inner speech beneath the linked video, giving the words their own reading space. Source 1 · Source 2

The absent speaker

The monologue imagines a person inside a body bag asking the living to free his mouth for a final declaration of love. Baang’s commentary connects its calm voice and violent situation to the protests of Dey 1404. This is a literary speaker and the journal’s interpretation, rather than an identified person’s verified recorded testimony. Source 1 · Source 2

A text alongside the recording

The journal publication and channel upload are both dated 18 August 2026; the player lists 2:53. The printed Persian monologue provides an available written path. Its presence does not, by itself, establish captions or a time-aligned recording transcript. Source 1 · Source 2

A reunion interrupted

The published inner monologue places its speaker inside a zipped black body bag among many others on a cold concrete floor. He remembers running towards someone who was smiling, her long dark hair moving in the wind. A shot prevents her hearing him. The message he still wants to deliver is a declaration of love: private tenderness survives inside a scene of collective violence. Source 1

His appeal is directed to the living people nearby. Lowering the zip would free his lips and make speech possible. The monologue gives neither a named victim nor an independently documented biography; its first-person address turns the viewer into the person from whom the speaker asks one last act of attention. The journal’s accompanying interpretation

Baang’s separate commentary connects the work to the protests of Dey 1404 and reads the contrast between a calm voice and violent subject matter as a dramatic tension. It also interprets the many bags as a collective disappearance. Those contextual claims belong to the journal’s commentary; they remain distinct from the actual words of the monologue and from an authenticated individual witness statement. Source 1
